What is the DBE Program?

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) is a program aiming to increase the participation of women and minority owned businesses in state contracts and procurements.

How Can I Get Certified?

To be certified as a DBE, a firm must be a small business owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

Where to find DBE's

The MNUCP is required to maintain a directory of all firms we certify. The directory is available on-line.
